Carlton President offers 164 comfortable rooms in 3 categories (Superior, Deluxe and Executive), 9 multifunctional conference rooms for up to 350 guests, a European-style restaurant where a friendly and welcoming atmosphere is combined with excellent food and attentive service, cosy bar and Roman style Leisure Centre, equipped with facilities such as a whirlpool, sauna, Turkish steam room and solarium (free of charge). We offer free premium WIFI to all our guests available throughout the entire hotel. The hotel also offers a Business Centre with free internet connection and over 200 parking spaces. The hotel is easy accessible by car as well as public transportation, due to its location directly off the A2 motorway connecting Amsterdam and Utrecht. The convention centre Utrecht Jaarbeurs as well as the city centre can be reached within only 10 minutes (by car). The convention centre Amsterdam RAI as well as Schiphol Airport is only a 30 minutes drive. The Deluxe rooms at the Carlton President offer additional amenities and facilities to make sure guests are well taken care of during their stay, such as bathrobe and slippers, a pillow menu, extra bathcare amenities and an extra telphone in the room. To ensure a good night's rest all Deluxe rooms are designed with a Topperbox kingsize bed. Furthermore we welcome you with a free bottle of mineralwater in the room and a sweet surprise.

The Executive rooms are designed with the tastes of the discerning professional or traveller in mind, providing every amenity you come to expect in a world class hotel and a few that may exceed expectations. In addition to the amenities included in the Superior rooms, we are happy to provide complimentary use of the minibar (including Champagne) and bathrobe and slippers. Some additional "touches" such as a laundry voucher ( 10,00 per night), free newspaper and magazines, extra bath care amenities and a pillow menu are also included. In addition to these extra comforts, we invite our guests to make full use of our leisure facilities which include a whirlpool, sauna, Turkish steam room, solarium, fitness centre and relax area.

De Garden Brasserie is comfortabel, aantrekkelijk, ruim, ontspannen, informeel van sfeer en telt 240 couverts. Carlton President understands that an effective conference, event or social function requires not only efficient service, but also ambiance in an enjoyable and comfortable environment. We offer 9 multi-functional conference rooms with seating capacities from 8 to 350 persons. All conference rooms are amply apportioned, well-lit with plenty of daylight and automatically controlled sun blinds, wireless and/or wired internet connections, air conditioning, projector screen, flip-over and the use of a Carlton seminar case with all the necessary office accessories. We are pleased to provide any additional equipment and other conference facilities you may require. Newspapers and table sweets are complimentary. Our banquet manager personally checks the agenda with you on a daily basis as we believe personal service is one of the key elements. Our professional and experienced team will take care of every detail, ensuring a comfortable environment for your conference or event.
